You must be a Virginia resident, 21 years of age or older, and have at least one qualifying medical reason to request a consultation.
We’re open 11 am - 7pm 7 days a week.

Step 1: Complete Our Secure Intake Form
Submit the online form and our team will make every effort to contact you within the next few hours to complete your check-in process.
Step 2: Schedule Your Telemedicine Visit
We will arrange a convenient appointment time and send you a secure link for your real-time audiovisual telemedicine visit.
Please have a valid Virginia ID and any relevant medical records available at the time of your appointment.
Step 3: Meet With a Licensed Medical Provider
You’ll have a relaxed, informative consultation with a licensed medical provider who will review your history, answer questions, and provide appropriate medical guidance based on your individual needs.
Important Eligibility Information

You must have a valid Virginia-issued ID
You must have at least one qualifying medical concern to request an evaluation
Payment is for a medical evaluation; certification or specific outcomes are not guaranteed
Our practice may offer complimentary follow-up visits related to the original reason for consultation, when clinically appropriate, for up to 12 months following your initial visit.
